if you have a problem with an order don't bother contacting customer service they don't respond to messages. contacted them a month ago no response just automated emails saying they will be in touch with you soon but no actual response.

made a pre order to be picked up at 4:00 pm arrived right at 4:00 . was told I needed to wait for 30-45 mins for order. waited till 4:45 still had 7 people ahead of me. told them I could not wait any longer due to pain from standing response was just " ok" . No apology

The ground flower is advertised as 23 % thc 740mg thc . This product is only 412 mg thc making the potency almost half. This product smells and taste like hay and does not work very well. very disappointed.
