Today I placed an online order & purchased the natural Curaleaf CBG oil.
The security tape on the top of the cardboard box was unbroken, however, the plastic shrink-wrap safety seal around the screw cap of the dropper was wrinkled & messed with & it allowed me to open the bottle completely without disturbing the plastic shrink-wrap safety seal & re-close the cap all the way with the shrink-wrap still intact. Smh
The bottom of the box the bottle came in did not have a piece of safety tape. Unauthorized entry to the cardboard box could’ve happened from the bottom.
????
Very frustrating for an expensive product! Was this tampered with or was quality control asleep?? Tsk!
Sorry Curaleaf, I think you may have lost my business if I have to worry if your products were tampered with.
In addition, the ordering online was great!
I received a text saying the order was ready but when I arrived, I still had to wait, so it really wasn’t ready.
