I guess they've really hit rock bottom. I used to be a very frequent customer of Phoenix Cannabis Company, and it's very unfortunate that they have fallen so far. The customer service wasn't there. In fact, they told me that my Leafly order was ready. When I got there, they were pulling my order off the shelf while I was receiving it, so my order was not ready. And that's only one of the problems. Their customer service has gone from amazing to nothing. They used to treat me like family; they now treat me like a stranger. This place is just falling apart.

What a great fun experience. This was, it was so comfortable to go in. I was actually able to fit in the chairs and sit comfortably and await my order. I have to say it was one of the best experiences I've had in a dispensary since I moved to the East Side of town. I look forward to going back. Can't wait to go again. It was a lot of fun.

This was my first time there, and since I saw a disabled parking out front, I thought that they would be able to help somebody like me who's extremely large, however, if you're over three hundred pounds, you probably shouldn't visit this place because their chairs are looking so very uncomfortable and I say looking.Because I was unable to actually sit in one because you know i'm a big man, I am extremely disappointed.I really don't want to ever go back and yeah, I wish this place well, but maybe they should think about larger people

this is one of my go to spots totally love it here only problem is something is off with their prepacked Oz's it makes me extremely leary to order again until I hear from you more than the flowers good posts everyone can have amazing weed not everyone can afford so for us on a budget looking for sustainable medical marijuana to the flower power bloom has taken a step back in my personal opinion

Urban Greenhouse Dispensary is the absolute best Dispensary in the area hands down their shatter is always glass their prerolls are full and very effective their flower affordable and dank sorry I don't do edibles but I'm sure they are tops in all categories
