Horrible and rude. They actually lied to me in order to get me out the door with as little human interaction as they could. They lied and were disgustingly unprofessional and dishonest again on the phone. They didn't answer when another budtender tried to reach them to explain the facts and what their policy is. The University location used to be like a second family to me, they were the kindest and most knowledgeable staff who wanted to listen to what you need and find the best fit. These new ones are exactly why I stopped going to the other places. Now that you're just the same, (hiring dishonest, rotten, condescending, trendy brats), guess who's FINALLY going to get a better price at another place by ditching that one-sided loyalty... THIS GIRL!!
