Where do I even start?!? If I could give this place a million stars I would. Every single person is nice, but I had the pleasure of meeting Jazz and I just cannot say enough about her. I had a bad experience across the street at a competitors dispensary, minutes before I came into Jars. I told them about it and they did literally everything they could to turn my day around, even though it wasn’t their responsibility. I walk in and meet Jazz, she shows me everything they have, was attentive, and so down to earth. She even threw in an amazing gift because I had a bad time elsewhere. I will be a lifetime customer at Jars because of the team in River Rouge, especially Jazmine aka Jazz. Absolutely amazing prices and staff and product. No need to go anywhere else.
