Used to be my goto place when passing threw Salem but last few visits have sucked and my visit the other day was so bad I won't be back to spend my $ no matter how great the location. Bigger is not better in this case. Custies and patients are herded into lines like a livestock auction and service sucks. Budtenders are uneducated about products and seem more about getting people in and out rather than helping them find what they want or need. They seem annoyed by having to help you. The new space looks good but the vibes and overall experience don't make it worth a trip. Ok for rec I guess except you can't buy anything in the displays yet and no one there knows anything about products in them anyway. Flower is way overpriced for the quality. Straight up awful for ommp. Don't waist you're time plenty of other decent clubs in Salem that actually care about both medical and rec and that show some knowledge. Wish I didn't have to leave any stars but Leafly makes you.
