This was my favorite dispensary in town until I received the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a dispensary. I purchased two .6 g binske cartridges both each containing the name banana (thinking I was making things easy). The bud tender sold me my products and told me to keep the receipt in case anything happens. As I sat in my car, I noticed one cartridge was very low. After instantly returning and speaking with Garret, I was told it was just headspace and they use larger cartridges than the oil amount 750g cartridge for the 600 g oil. I then said, well shouldn’t they be the same? And then after inspecting my receipt closer, I noticed they swapped out one of the banana cartridges I ordered for a 500mg cartridge called Hoover dam, which wasn’t even on the menu. When asking about this, I was told it was my fault for not inspecting the receipt that was sealed inside my childproof bag. I was then called a liar by the budtender, saying I actually did order the mistaken cartridge even though it wasn’t on the menu. After questioning the customer service, I was then called a liar again and repeatedly told I was being unprofessional. I then said with this treatment I will not be coming back, and the bud tender said it doesn’t matter because the line is huge and my business isn’t important. He then waved me out the door. Such a terrible experience to be called a liar and treated like a scammer when it wasn’t even my mistake in the first place. This guys name was garret and I hope to never see him again.
