The staff is very friendly but the overall experience and quality just seems to be lacking. I will give them one more shot n see.

Ftp, referred by a good friend. Have tried the flower on cpl occasion from him and the flower,especially the chemdawg is fantastic. Signed up myself and was definitely disappointed with the experience, they argued with me about how good the customer service was after telling me they'd make it up to me next time for bringing me a 3gram 1/8th of wax and shorting me the other half gram. A cpl days before I ordered they offered me 3 grams for 125, then I saw the leafly add for 1/8 at 125 and up texted them that I'd like to do the "3.5g 1/8 from the leafly.com ad'" they said ok and brought 3 grams and said that's from the conversation a few days prior and they don't do halfgrams and that leafly description under crumble stated that. It did not and I was left feeling like I got ripped off for a Half gram, a small thing but at the same time a big issue. Great flowers,poor customer service and I would not recommended them to anyone.

From sending over my information to the delivery driver arriving everything was handled very professionally and friendly, nothing felt rushed at all. Picked up a gram of the Alpine Solventless wax and it provides a super clean dab, very easy to do a huge dab without knowing it. Definitely a very well done product and I look forward to the next batch of wax.
