Blue Magoo

Wow. Solid weed. Comes on strong, stays fairly intense, although in a mellow way. Stoney, like all the Afghani hybrids but without some of the heaviness you get from, say, Afgoo. Smells like a field of berries in bloom; looks are grade A nug porn. Very frosty. Also has a nice arousal quality. It does have a bit of dizziness to it, and after three hours or so, it becomes a terrific sleep aid!

Purple Arrow

Terrific strain. We've bought the strain from two different growers, but both seem to carry the same effects. I'm a little confused about the genetics of this strain, however. Some folks mention that it is a cross between Black Domina and Permafrost; but by and large, the information I keep getting recently traces Purple Arrow to a cross between Purple Afghani and Hindu Kush. The sativa effects are pretty far in the background, I'd say, but there is definitely a wonderful euphoria lurking in there, something you feel right away. Mostly, we find the strain to be relaxing -- great with pains -- and deeply arousing. The arousal, of course, is one of the main reasons my wife and I keep returning to it. It's quite terrific during the first hour or so. It will always be one of our main go-to strains.

White Rabbit Cannabis - Lynnwood

We love White Rabbit! Great atmosphere, great people, and great service. They have the finest collection of bubblers, pipes and dugouts we've seen here in the Lynnwood/Everett/Shoreline area (North Little Amsterdam?). The offerings are wide ranging, and the setup helps customers to see buds in terms of quality (top shelf, middle shelf, etc.). Picked up Northern Lights and some Maui here. It's our favorite neighborhood bud store!

Cookies and Cream

We didn't have any strains in mind, but after chatting with the knowledgeable Budtender, we had narrowed it down to Cookies and Cream and Dutch Treat. Went with the former, and it became our main strain for the next week. We generally keep our intake down to a minimum, and Cookies and Cream delivered quite wallop. Long, floaty, slightly euphoric buzz. Also pretty good for back pain from work. After a couple of grand hits, the effect becomes something close to a good, strong Indica. I was surprised by the complete lack of paranoia/nervousness, especially with Durban Poison as a parent. Marvelous new strain.

Hawaiian Dream

6/27/2015
Very focused high. I had expected something a little stronger and so was slightly disappointed at first. I smoked some a couple of days later, and the second experience was the true deal. Hints of Blue Dream in the background -- the sativa influence isn't overwhelming (I have to watch the sativas, so I was happy about this aspect!) I was told the Hawaiian strain was Maui, but I'm not sure about that. I recall some terrific Maui from the mid-eighties. This was different. Good, but different. Nice and mellow all the way around.

My wife and I love Blueberry. A truly delightful Indica, this strain relaxes the whole body, takes care of the workaday aches and pains, and lilts you into a nice three hour vibe. Solid wonderful
