Sanctuary - Woburn

Cartridges are filled half-way. Was excited to finally have a local dispensary but cannot rely on consistent vape products. Cartridges are expensive enough and it's not fair to pay for a half gram, and receive much less than that. I'm told this is "normal" but have never experienced it elsewhere in my years of being a medical patient. Very disappointed.

Rev Clinics - Somerville (Medical)

Prefacing this with the fact that I really like Rev Clinics. That being said: it's frustrating and discouraging that you don't stand by the batteries you sell (CCELL Palm). I had to jump through hoops for a 50% discount off a new one — no replacement offered. Originally, I was basically told I was sh*t out of luck. Bought 2 weeks ago as a backup, I used the battery once. Seems like a money grab when you should be concerned with your patients' access to medicine. Appreciate the 50% discount because it's better than nothing, but this is a first — complete unwillingness to replace a defective battery. (They said it were a cartridge, it'd be different? I believe the cartridges are also CCELL, so, doesn't make sense.)

NETA - Brookline (Boston) - Rec

They no longer care about patients. Their quality across the board has decreased significantly since going rec. Loved them, but not anymore.

Apothca - Arlington (Adult Use)

Their flower, when decent THC content, is pretty good. Theyll have good variety and then very limited options for a week or two. Pre-packaged, though their new packaging is not sealed, which is odd. Same with their cartridges. Half gram CCELLs, these things last a lovely 48 hours. (But they "blow big clouds," per the person who helped me; mistaking me for a 17-year-old JUULER.) Atmosphere is lacking and I have been the only patient each time (3 visits) which isn't a big deal; however, the overall experience lacks compared to other dispensaries. Convenient but not my first choice.

Garden Remedies Melrose: Med + Adult-Use

Garden Remedies is one of my top 3 favorites in the Greater Boston area - and this one is a bit closer to home! PLENTY of parking and their dispensary is huge; lots of space compared to Newton. I love their cartridge variety; they taste great, too (just don't love the price point compared to others in area). Favorite product: travel packs. An eighth of half-gram pre-rolls. They have great strain variety too, but even their house blend exceptional.

Newton has become more lax, seemingly, but still do not make things easy for them (appointments, etc.). Parking can also be a challenge - bring quarters (or a parking app) and don't park at the liquor store!
