I spent $300 there Monday, and when I got home $40 of my order was not in my bag that they had stapled shut. Now I drive 5 hours round trip once a month for my meds from a severe car accident I had years ago. I emailed metro meds when I found I was short. I did get a response from someone named Jamie, who said they would have a manager call me. I didn't get a call. Wednesday I emailed again and again the email I got said "Did you not get a call?" that was the totality of the message. I still have no reply to my emails since then. I am a upset customer and patient and I really didn't want to have to post about this, it should be an easy fix. I love their products and prices but a little appreciation goes a long way. Thanks for your time.

My personal experience with Swell... On my first visit my cashier was preoccupied and walked away from me twice in the middle of me asking questions. Being a new mmj patient, I had some questions I had written down to go in and ask, which I gave up on and just asked to see their Mj, they had not one sativa, which I was after, so I left saving my first time patient deal for another visit. When I went back two weeks later they did have some Sativas! I was happy, I bought a quarter of a Sativa and a Indica... They are BONE dry, turns to dust when broken up, and hard top smoke because it is so harsh. I know this is NOT a typical situation here or anywhere, but it IS my situation here... Unfortunate.
