I had been a regular customer for their logo brown bag flower deals. So I ordered a brown bag BOGO today, which was fully displayed on their page through the Leafly site. I received my confirmation email and that my order was ready for pickup and that my expect a total was the bogo deal. Well when I got to the dispensary after driving through holiday traffic, I was informed that just for today they're going to take away the deal. How come I didn't receive any sort of notification that my order had changed and that I was no longer receiving that deal?
They didn't even try an attempt to make it right with me in any way shape or form.
I'm done. You lost a customer. Definitely need to work on your customer service.
