I had been a regular customer for their logo brown bag flower deals. So I ordered a brown bag BOGO today, which was fully displayed on their page through the Leafly site. I received my confirmation email and that my order was ready for pickup and that my expect a total was the bogo deal. Well when I got to the dispensary after driving through holiday traffic, I was informed that just for today they're going to take away the deal. How come I didn't receive any sort of notification that my order had changed and that I was no longer receiving that deal? They didn't even try an attempt to make it right with me in any way shape or form. I'm done. You lost a customer. Definitely need to work on your customer service.

Went in over the weekend to try them out. They have a bunch of bud tenders so you don't have to wait in line. The special flower looked fairly decent but was a tad dry. Huge selection of products at various price ranges. 10% additional neighborhood discount. Awesome. Will definitely be returning soon. Thanks guys!

Ryan... you're awesome! great communication between caregiver and first time patient. Got a half of $100 og. whoever the grower is, they know what they are doing. talk about a clean smoke! I have a cold with a slight cough and this stuff didn't make me wanna cough at all. the smoke is awesome and potent with a great taste and after taste. they didn't bring my pre-roll, but told me to mention it next time and will be compensated. also gave me a stamp card for a free 1/8 after 7 more purchases. if they keep this kinda quality in stock, I'll definitely be getting that freebie soon. top class service!
