Purchased an ounce of ground flower online. The product was advertised on Curaleaf's site to be 24% THC. Unfortunately I did not check the product before I left the store. When I arrived home (30+ miles round trip), much to my surprise the THC level was 14%. Yes that's correct a 10% variance (yes batches vary, but 10% is ridiculous). I did not think much of it, stuff happens. Figured I would call and work something out. When I contacted the store I was told the 24% THC level was for minis, not ground. Incorrect, I told the gentleman to check the sight, he said he did and I was wrong. So I guess now I'm a liar? I even took pictures of the advertised 24% shake to make sure. I asked if I could return the items for "ANYTHING" at regular price but I was refused. Now I have wasted almost half of my entire prescription on pure garbage. Just so you know ANY other dispensary in the area would have returned the product under the same circumstances (Trulieve, AYR, Grow Healthy, etc.). In short buyer beware. Actually do yourself a favor and do not go at all. Thanks.
