Standing outside in the freezing cold because your online order/curbside pickup is a non-existent joke. Armed jarheads loitering around with guns trying to look tough. Not a cool vibe.
Took a few minutes my second visit, but only because they needed to update my drivers license info. Owner was friendly & helpful. Very nice shop in an area of Adrian that has potential.
