Placed online order for the Item9 rso 3pack for $80, and got to the car to see it says 35%THC and 34.9% CBD but it isn’t labeled on the menu as being a 1:1. I didn’t drive 40 minutes for half CBD half THC, and was not shown the package before they bagged it up and when I called Them right when I got in my car I was told that the mislabel was my problem and they couldn’t do anything for me not even able to swap out for another product. Them not being allowed to take returns shouldn’t mean that I should have to pay for that. If it’s their mess up, it should be their problem and shouldn’t be on me to deal with that. If the law is so important not to take returns I would think correct labeling and ensuring patients get correct medicine based on the labeling of the products that they sell in their shop regardless whether the manufacture wasn’t who labeled it. You guys need to be the one to deal with your mess ups not the patients. Selling patients incorrect medicine is worse than taking a return from 5 minutes after purchase when the fault lies on you guys. You’re responsible for what you guys sell even the vendor items.
