One of my all time favorite "go to" strains. Strong Blueberry with a touch of that dense diesel to ground it. I love it in the afternoons but works well for me anytime of day. Nice calm, even, high...not speedy or sedating...right in the euphoric sweet spot. The munchies aren't too bad either lol

I just discovered Botanico a couple of months ago because they have a special $5 grams. I like to have a variety on hand so I'd rather pick up 3-4 grams of different strains instead of an 1/8th of just one. They have a bunch of strains I've never heard of which can be interesting but I like to check them out & read reviews and most of them can't be found anywhere online so don't go in expecting any geno info or any info at all, actually. Most of the strains are labeled with very high thc content, the last one I got was djc? 36% thc? I just don't pay attention to the labels anymore and go by sight & smell. They only carry hybrids which is perfect for me and seems to be the trend these days anyway. The only negatives I can think of are some of the budtenders seem as if they'd rather be anywhere else but talking to you and have no more info on genetics etc. than anyone else. Maybe I'm just not "hip" enough for the Rhino district lol. I try to pick a female when I go in, they're alot friendlier and more knowledgeable imao. I also smoked a gram joint of strawberry cough from there once and didn't catch the slightest hint of a buzz but that was an anomaly. The Wedding Cake there is awesome and I'd recommend Shooting Star, Jabba OG, Magik, Cali flo, and Collins something or other ( I can't remember the rest of the name and it's nowhere online anyway ) Their Redheaded Stranger is also fantastic. All in all the atmosphere is clean and professional, and thier exotic strains are cool but the budtenders are hit & miss. Maybe that will change when they discontinue $5 grams and rid themselves of older, uncool, undesirables like me lol. Can't imagine what would happen if a homeless person walked in there

I generally stay away from Sativas but this stuff has a great energetic high with no paranoia or anxiety. Unfortunately the buzz only lasts an hour or so and then you have to just keep smoking. I wish someone would cross this with something to extend the high, it gets expensive smoking 1/2 gram an hour all day. I got mine from Botanico THC is 28% but in Colorado that percentage is a worthless stat because dispensaries can be off +/- 15% from what is listed on container so there's no real way of knowing. A 15% range of error is HUGE as we all know and of course the dispensary is going to print the high end percentage to increase sales

I've never written a review before. Marijuana is such an objective, individualized experience that a strain is always 5 stars for someone and they tend to write the reviews. Besides, at least here in CO, there's isn't any really bad weed around. I'm writing this because once in a great while I find a particular strain that is just absolutely perfect for my biochemistry. I can wake and bake all day and be productive, with no hint of anxiousness or paranoia, and then fall into a blissful sleep watching a movie or something. It's a social happy buzz for me, the munchies aren't bad, and I get the same results after a month of daily use. I got flower from Buddy Boy. Tight, hard, crystalline nugs. Smells and tastes fantastic, smokes great, haven't vaped any yet. I'm hoping they can keep this in stock and that every harvest is like this one. I got lucky and found my favorite strain...til the next one.

I am a recreational user and the employees treat me just as special as a med patient as well as offering the same excellent buds as the med side. I have had the pleasure of having Tessa be my budtender on numerous occasions and she is always friendly and knowledgeable about all of thier products. Personally I only shop local and organic when it comes to my herb. I stay away from large chains. Ballpark my not have 40 or 50 strains but what they do offer is brilliant. Thier buds are perfectly cured and thier concentrates are fantastic ( and at $20 a gram you can't go wrong ). Do yourself a favor and check out Ballpark Holistics next time you're in LoDo.

This was my first visit thanks to thier $20 OTD any strain 1/8's! Its a little small but only had to wait about 10 minutes ( rec. I'm not sure how they do med ) they had a decent selection and all looked & smelled wonderful. I got an 1/8 of Lee roy og. The nugs are small & compact and the smell/taste is much better than the Lee roy I got at a more popular "holistic" dispensary for a fraction of the price. I also believe the 26% THC content was higher than the other place but I cant remember. As of now this is my new "go to" dispensary

One of my all time faves , effects me like an energetic indica. Ive found that here in Denver its very important to double check the genetics before you buy,pretty much every place has a version of this strain but I guess that applies to everything
