There are a lot of choices in the area. Almost every place has about the same things to purchase (yes I get that there are top shelf differences) and so far, most have been willing to entertain getting things that aren't already on the shelves. This review is based upon 13 months of purchasing small amounts of higher priced products about every 2 weeks. Here's the difference for me in this purchase experience. When I walk into Green Planet in Beaverton the people are friendly. The budtenders are professional (not always the case in Snarkiland, USA). It's kinda hard to get through to people sometimes that angst ain't a part of the sales process. Things like tone of voice and body language tell customers if you want us there. I get you want me at Green Planet. I get you will be business-like and I want you to get this is the reason I leave a 10 to 20% tip for every purchase. Thanks.

This is such a tough review because I go here a lot. I purchase pens and cartridges most of the time. Sometimes I purchase other things. I always give 5 to 20 dollars for a tip. On 4/20 this year I was ahead in line and was pretty much ignored by one of the check out clerks and I had to wait for another who was willing to check me out. Several people that came in after me were gone before me. I still left a tip because it's not everyone's fault. And the manager gave me a few coupons when I mentioned that I seem to be waiting a lot longer than others. I have since gotten a couple of coupons electronically but I have such a bad taste in my mouth over this. I'm pleasant, I tip and I was first in line. I think it was because I mentioned that there are no women to vote for in the tip jars, only male musicians. I haven't been back. I have to think about whether I reward that behavior. I've driven to Tigard and Green Planet. It just rubbed me the wrong way

I went here last week. The front is moving a lot faster than it did before. I had to redo the computer registration, but it's faster, so it's all good. The back is more streamlined as well. To the right for medical and the left for recreational. The budtender that day had an excellent idea of how to treat my symptoms and still be sensitive to my budget. Overall, they respect my time and my money and my health.

The first time I went to this place was just okay because I didn't bring my wheelchair and there was no place to sit. I went to second time recently and they had chairs (thank you). The tenders are professional and well trained and actually pretty darn kind. I was outside with my wheelchair once and the lady came out to help. So I have tried their flowers that are the top shelf and have not been disappointed. The fat quarters and eights are great for everyday use as well. I plan to get those lemon balls. I am pretty old and not very experienced with this medicine and this place makes me feel comfortable.

I've had the opportunity now to visit about 8 or 9 dispensaries. This one has great variety, great prices and a consistently high quality product. The people are friendly and they are knowledgable about the products. They have a lot of specials which get me to try other things at times. The canna caps are amazing. What a well run business.
