Insane prices, some rude and unprofessional workers, (their security guard decided to just take and lose my ID when he had no business even taking it to begin with) budtenders who know almost nothing about what they're selling and can't even be bothered to use online resources like Leafly or Allbud to have some info on products, many 1/8ths didn't even weigh 3.5 grams at 20 fvcking dollars a gram, multiple brands that are not even medical grade quality flower, (shitty taste, almost zero effects, etc) many pre-rolls that were just straight up unusable, easily the worst dispensary in IL. NTI is probably the most professional looking but least professionally acting company I've come across. I only shop there when I have no other choice.
