Had a cartridge go out and they were rude about it, I didn't know the policy and the first time I went the guy told me he REMEMBERED selling it to me the day before but wasn't "willing to lose his job" over it and was rude, so I went and dug it out of the garbage and came back the day after two hours before they said they closed on leafly to get out of the car and see ALL of the employees running across the street yelling at me that they decided to "close early" which appeared to be a smoke out at the apartments/car across hall. I find it odd that they would "close early" and not update leafly when they last updated the menu (which was a few hours before I arrived at the shop). The last THIRD time I went it to exchange my CARTRIDGE the girl at the front appeared to be the only one to know anything. The guy in the back that "helped" me looked confused that I brought a product back (which C02 has a VERY HIGH return rate) and he asked me why I didn't have the box twice.... And didn't think I could return it with out.... By this time I was BEYOND OVER THIS DISPENSARY and he nonsense they put me through, thank god the girl from the front desk happened to change to the back and she helped me.... THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A DISPENSARY. THE GUYS WHO WORK HERE ARE RUDE AND DONT KNOW ENOUGH ABOUT THEIR PRODUCT OR COMPANY TO BE USEFUL. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS JOKE OF A DISPENSARY.
