Great vibe every time I come in love it and CECE is awesome

DON’T GO HERE!!!!! Unless you constantly like to waste your time. Every time I place an order AHEAD online it says order to pick up right.... every time I end up still waiting 30 min or more and there not that busy. Today waited about an hour for what?! I only got 2 small things. Asked employee what the deal was all I got back was attitude no explanation and she walked away! Excellent customer service SHELBY..... NOT! Mind you the car next to me waited an hour and a half and same employee did nothing for them either and they were irritated as well. Y’all need a better system and new employees ASAP.
