It's basically impossible to recommend this place when every single item on the menu can be found for cheaper at a different dispensary in the city. Terrabis has raised prices as other dispensaries continue to lower prices across the state. For shoppers on a budget, avoid Terrabis for now and just go to Flora Farms right down the road.

I shop @ Flora at least once a week. They are the best dispensary for mids at a great price. I've shopped a few other dispensaries, as well as explored a few other cultivators/brands. I always go back to Flora's cheapest tier because it does the job just as good as the $55 eighths of Illicit or Heya. And being a heavy smoker, I burn a much smaller hole in my pocket by buying Flora products directly from Flora.
