I am a Medical patient! AND I will never come back to this location ever AGAIN! I had a horrible experience with my RX getting switched out with two different types of flowers I didn’t order .. (I placed it at 9:50 am) I get there bud tender Jordan tells me my order. One of my original order is there the other one is replaced due to what I ordered being gone. I go to the ATM get money get back in line. Get to the counter Jordan says he’s having computer issues has to re-do my order. He rings up two jars that he never shows me puts them in my bag I pay. I get home and I have nothing of what I ordered. Jordan is playing games at the register with people’s prescriptions.!! I call customer service right away. They are great. Tara and her supervisor are wonderful they do everything right. I am told that this is going to be fixed by allowing me to get two free eighths of my choosing, so I order some on Saturday. I get to the store and Fabian I guess he’s the one in charge …looks at the note in the computer and says I “oh so we’re supposed to eat that “ he storms off and goes and gets two different types of flowers, and says no you’re getting these not what is ordered !
Not once does he ask what happened not once did he apologize for what Jordan did he proceeded to be a jerk and tell me, this is the house rules with a shitty smirk on his face in a tone that makes you feel like you did something wrong, not his employee!!!
Do you know if the house policy would’ve been explained politely and maybe a sorry, for my troubles was explained I don’t think I would’ve had a problem, but because Fabian has no customer service or care of patients again. I will never be returning to the store !!! a multibillion dollar company, and I truly couldn’t get the flower of my choosing after what was done to me with my medical medicine !!
My money will be spent elsewhere !!
