Best dispensary in bay city by far. All the budtenders are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I’m always greeted with a smile and welcomed as if I’m their only customer. I love coming here, I feel relaxed and at home. I can take as much time as I need to choose my meds without feeling rushed. I’m a customer that always asks a lot of questions and will rack my bud tenders brain on the days best buds.

After visiting here a few times, I’ve realized that their selection is sub par compared to DOA. My first time ever inside a dispensary was at roots, I let the employees know it was my first time and that I would need assistance. My bud tender didn’t really help much, she just pointed to the shelves on the wall full of jars of weed and said “so this is our weed” and then just kinda stared blankly at me. The second time I came here I was overcharged, my budtender again, was not very knowledgeable about the product. Definitely not a dispensary I’d be loyal to by any means.
