I can usually tell how my experience will be by the person who answers the phone. And typically the same general attitude will be throughout. And in this case it was 100%. Amy answered when I called and she was a delight from the start. When she was done talking she always gave me time for a response with out trying to interup to tell me before I finish what she thinks I want to hear. And It felt genuine. Alex was the fun and with a good attitude. I've always said "people don't care how much you know, until they know how much you care." And he was knowledgeable without being pushy. Very we'll done.
