Customer service is very lacking. Uninformed bud tenders. It’s like they find it annoying that people come in for their medicine. Never can get anyone on the phone and when you do ? They sound annoyed that I called.
Started out with a very friendly guy never got his name ended up with another guy and telling me Leafly only spouted lies on their site and all the information wasn’t accurate. A disappointment to see him keep looking at the tv screen to the lobby and tell me all the research I had done was for nothing. Won’t be back
