Visited NCW a few days ago for the first time in awhile! I had an amazing experience, they had great deals and product. Will Bosley was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He was patient with me and helped me decide what to get! I am in love with the Gelato Cake strain he recommended, so happy he did! Definitely some of the best customer service out there. Thank you Will!!!

********ATTENTION*******TREYNON/TREYVON I have NEVER EVER written a negative review for any dispensary, ESPECIALLY NOT Health for Life. In fact I just wrote a wonderful review for Maddie the other day. I have always had excellent customer service at this location and at the White Marsh location. If HFL takes the time and looks at my personal history they'd see that I come here constantly and this is my top dispensary. But TONIGHT 8/20/2021 WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. Not even just at a dispensary but in general with customer service. TREYON/TRAYVON/TREYVON (not sure how it's spelled) THE "SECURITY GUARD" provided me with the most disgusting "Customer Service" I have ever experienced. It is very clear that he uses his fake security guard "power" and takes it out on other people. As if it makes him feel stronger. I am a 24 year old woman with a baby and I arrived tonight as soon as I possibly could, which was at 8:57pm. Yes I know HFL closes at 9pm but I had an Online Order ready to be picked up, a Half Ounce to be exact. I spend SO MUCH MONEY here I deserve to be treated RIGHT. Previously I have talked with Customer Service at this location and they assured me that as long as I am in their DRIVE THRU BEFORE 9PM, NO MATTER IF THERE ARE CARS AHEAD OF ME, THEY WILL SERVE ME. I ARRIVED AT 8:57 NO LATER THAN 8:58 PM. THERE WERE 2 CARS AHEAD OF ME. I SAT THERE WAITING FOR MINUTES. My sister was in the car with me she saw it all. As one car drove off and the other car pulled to the window, I continued to sit and wait. As the clock hits 9:01, ***TREYVON*** the so called "SECURITY GUARD" LOL WHOM I HAVE NEVER EVER SEEN BEFORE, HE WALKS UP TO MY CAR UNEXPECTEDLY. WHICH KIND OF FRIGHTENED ME AS A YOUNG WOMAN. DON'T DO THAT. TREYVON*** walked up to my window in the DARK at night. how is that okay???? I was kind of surprised to see a large male approach my car so I roll my window down and say Hi! He immediately had an attitude with a smirk and almost laughing he tells me they are closed at 9 and that they can't serve me. it was the way he said it, he had a major attitude for ABSOLUTELY NO REASON. I understand if you're closed but there is way to say things to a customer. IT WAS AS IF HE WAS TAUNTING ME AND LAUGHING AT ME. AND MY SISTER SAW IT ALL AND AGREED. I told TREYON/TRAYVON/TREYVON that I was in fact in the Drive Thru before 9pm and that they have told me before that as long as I'm there before 9,they will serve me. And that I have an online order ready to be picked up. He kept cutting me off and told me AND I QUOTE "NO NO WE SAW YOU PULL UP JUST NOW ON THE CAMERAS. YOU WERE NOT HERE BEFORE 9" I said WHAT???? YES I DID! IT WAS ONLY 9:01 JUST TURNED 9:02 I WAS HERE FOR MINUTES SITTING BEHIND 2 CARS. Treyvon continued to talk over me with a terrible sour attitude and say that I was pretty much lying and that I wasn't there. And while pretty much laughing he told me they closed anyway and they won't serve me no matter what. Once again it isn't even about them being closed, IT WAS THE WAY HE TREATED ME. IT WAS AS IF HE HAD A PERSONAL PROBLEM WITH ME. HOW DID HE GET THIS POSITION WHO HIRED HIM??? as I have said, it's clear he takes his anger out on others using his false power as some security guard at a dispensary. I feel bad for him to be honest. He probably doesn't even make much and that's why he was so pissed :/// HEY ***TREYVON*** IF YOU DON'T LIKE YOUR JOB FIND ANOTHER ONE!!!! HE TOLD ME HE SAW ME ON CAMERA, THEN HE SAYS "WELL I DON'T KNOW EXACTLY WHAT TIME YOU PULLED UP BUT WE'RE CLOSED NOW SO" ummm STICK TO YOUR STORY. DID YOU SEE ME ON THE CAMERAS?? YOU WOULD SEE IT WASN'T 9 YET. I don't even care about the time, his treatment was disgusting. I am a paying customer and have been FOR YEARS. I got very upset and cussed at him to which I am ashamed that was unclassy. but I felt he deserved it. AND I WILL BE GOING BACK IN TO SPEAK WITH HIM AND THE MANAGER. THANK YOU. BROOKE POLISCHECK

**Marcus** was super friendly and inviting! He provided extraordinary customer service which is really appreciated, especially in these difficult times! Definitely the best experience I have had here yet. Wonderful quality product and great deal as well! Thank you so much!!
