I went in this last Friday and got a pipe, some oil and 1/8 of some flower. I get home after my purchase and the dram of weed is not in my safety bag with the oil. The bag was still sealed when I got to my house but I still checked to see if it could have fallen somewhere. I called the store and was told to come in. I work full time and asked if I could just pick it up tomorrow as it was already getting late and after some weird conversation, Basically not believing me at all I was told that I would have to wait until the following Monday and the manager would check the cameras, and that I could get 10% off any purchase between now and then. I honestly thought that was poor service in itself as they are basically calling me a liar after shopping there for years but I agreed and let it go. Monday rolls around and not only had I not received a call but when I called them, the same budtender, Cory, who most likely forgot my product that I paid for the last time, left me on hold for 10 min. I have been agreeable this whole time and was willing to let the Camera just tell the truth but they couldn't even find the time for that. Make sure your product is in the safety container they give you as if they forget they wont even check the camera and communicate to a long term patron whether or not a mistake was made. Literally 10 other dispensaries closer to me that will be getting my business.
