Golden Meds

I just made an online order here and there was a mistake. I understand that there are no returns or exchanges but I did expect that this would be made right by the store. I was treated extremely badly over the phone. Told that it was my problem now that I purchased the product and that they would do nothing to compensate me for their mistake. My receipt showed that this was what I purchased. It was read back to me and the bag was sealed. I had no way of knowing that what they gave me was incorrect. I just wasted $30 on a gram that I didn't want and that I don't like the flavor of. When I asked the name of the person I was talking to I was hung up on.
I have been coming here since they only had 1 location. All of their good budtenders are no longer there and now they just hire warm bodies to get people in and out as soon as possible. The budtenders are uneducated, the energy is very low and the customer service here is awful. Now that they have gotten bigger they don't care about their customers at all. They made it very clear that they didn't care if came back or not.
There are plenty of dispensaries that do want my business and the business of my customers as I run a head shop near them. Lightshade is great. They are always happy to help, they never have a line and their products are superior. I will no longer be visiting any dispensary with the name Golden Meds on it. I am extremely disappointed with them.
