Leafly deals don't show any exclusions. Ordered product that was 20% off to find out it was excluded once I arrived. Can you guys not control what gets put online? BT had a rebuttal ready like this happens often...
Great staff and products, my only gripe would be the lack of an online pickup express window. Usually have to wait 30 min just to pick up my online order. Otherwise, always great visits!
The way you can tell a good shop is how problems are handled, and they were awesome in fixing the error that occurred! Knowing that you would make mistakes right promotes confidence in your brand and products. I will continue to do business with Jars! Thanks Tawny and team!
Ordering on Leafly doesn't allow them to communicate when they are out of the product orderd or your order is ready. Staff very helpful in making adjustments! Other Harvest locations can communicate on Leafly but not this store for some reason, otherwise, good visit.
Like the new setup of the shop. I just wish there was more descriptions on the Flower listed on your menu, no percentages or other helpful designations to help make an informed decision. More 22 red and AO, less copperstate and nature's would also be a huge help! Thanks TFS!
