Native Roots Dispensary - Vail - Medical

I am a medical member at this dispensary. When I became a member I showed all the required paperwork. I have shopped at this dispensary several times since without issue. Today I go in and show the same image of my medical card and was told that was not acceptable and I needed to show a .pdf?!?!? I will be moving my membership to a new dispensary as a result of this frustrating experience.
