My personal experience at this shop has not been good. I’ve only ever gone on the weekends, so I can’t speak for their week-staff, but their weekend staff always treats me like I’m an idiot. When I have questions about a product, they act annoyed and like I’m imposing on them. This business doesn’t seem to know what customer service is. I won’t be going there again in the future.
I also heard that what seemed to be an employee threatened a customer with a hammer. I believe the supposed employee is a felon, so I’m not sure why he’d be allowed to work there. Under the table perhaps? In any case, bad vibes all around.
