LA Kush Cake

I read all these reviews and was excited to try La Kush Cake. I took 5 hits from a pre-roll and felt it about 15m later. Like a tingle in my body, then it got more intense almost like a pulsating starting at my feet and then slowly rolls thru your head. I've had other strains where the body high is nice, but since this was a pulsating kind of feeling, I knew I would get dizzy and I did. I never get dizzy on strains but I did with this one- really bad. Moving my head slightly on my pillow made me feel like I was falling and it was awful. I noticed my thoughts were racey and going from one thing to another, but really annoying. My brain was all over the place- I would think of something, had a small visual hallucination and my brain would made it a sort of mini dream, and then my logical brain would realize what I was thinking about and the racey thoughts would star all over. I've had another strain that did this and I hate it. Not even sure what to call that, but La Kush Cake did this and my brain was all over the place. My heart was RACING as well. I like both sativa and indica but the strains I enjoy my heart is calm as a cucumber throughout- La Kush Cake had my heart pounding and I kept checking my pulse talking to myself "calm down, you're ok" and then checking in when I couldn't fall asleep- thankfully, my pulse got better and I was able to calm myself down- any faster and I probably would have been picked up for running down the street in my boxers screaming about my pulse lol. Man, I hadn't had a terrible high like this from my college stoner years. Total bummer for me- extreme dry mouth, racey crazy thoughts (I hate this the most), heartbeat like I just ran 15 miles, an ok body high (I've had such better ones) and dizziness and damn I hate being dizzy. I used cannabis for anxiety and euphoria. La Kush cake was no go for me. Its disappointing since there was so many positive reviews on this strain. Its not you, its me.
