Placed Online order right at 8am . It was received by 802am.. I pulled in parking lot at 810am..I was hoping to see confirmation ready for pick up. Unfortunately that didn’t happen. As minutes past and customers continue to go inside as I watch them(. Wasn’t a lot of people but enough for me to question). I decide to go inside since there main focus is getting the walk-in promptly taken care of.. The counters fully staffed, One man working on PICKUPS- I see my bag over there ready with ONLY three others... I waited For my confirmation which still never arrived until I walked up to the counter.. This is unacceptable Customer service.. Honestly reservations are irrelevant if you have one man pushing product and 5 others doing walk in.

Not impressed first time. Did not have any ounces available( no product ). was not even offered a deal for lack of product@ 10 am No promotions For new patients. Very dissatisfied for a new dispensary. Probably won’t return! Nothing against bud tenders management / operations Needs addressing
