I have gone to this shop three times. I’m a medical patient. Every time they check me out they have refused to give me the daily discount. Today when they charged me full price while I stared at multiple signs saying “20% off entire store for OMMP patients on Monday”. They told me the 20% off was the tax I would have paid. So everyday but Monday they charge OMMP patients tax now? The bud tender asked someone else and they admitted it’s 20% off the medical price but not on what I was buying. What does “entire store” mean these days? This keeps happening and it’s disturbing. They just hope ppl won’t say anything or can’t count? I’m sure if anything happens as a result of this review it will probably just be that they change the wording of their daily deals so they can keep ripping people off. I’ve gone to two other “Todays herbal choice” locations today and this is the only one trying to avoid giving discounts.

I have always really loved this dispensary but I am super bummed that they are no longer stocking hush/mojave/exhale cartridges anymore. That is really all I have been looking for lately and this used to be my first stop for them.

I'm very disappointed that this shop never updates their daily/weekend deals anymore. I still check the specials page on their website everyday but it hasn't been updated in over a week and even then they only put it up a day and a half after the specials started. Every once in a while they put something up on the daily leaf but never says when it is valid. If I'm lucky they might put it up on leafly halfway Into the day maybe a few days out of the week. They said on the phone that I just need to come in but I live far away and am not going to drive all that way if it's not a deal I want. I used to go to Cannadaddy's several times a week just for the specials and spent hundreds of dollars there every month but I really feel like they don't give a crap about their loyal customers and I just get the run around leaving me very frustrated. This place really could be the best in town if they cared about their customers, but they don't.

I stopped in here after seeing it for the first time, and was very happy with the place. Great prices and great customer service. Would definitely go here again

My family used to go there every week until they raised all the top shelf prices at New Years, even for med patients like me (even though taxes went down). Maybe half of their staff has any customer service skills. Recently I saw a deal they advertised on their leafy page and went in for something else but asked if that deal advertised was correct because I was wanting to get a certain strain. They said yes it was right please come back on Wednesday, which I did. That bud tender I got was rude saying I was wrong and that what I was told was top shelf isn't their top shelf. I asked for a manager and showed them where it was on the website, but all I got were rude excuses why I was wrong, and no apology. It got blamed on a new budtender, even though it was man I know has worked there a long time, and then said it was because they never updated the leaflet page since 2016, which I know they have. They didn't try to make it up to me by honoring the advertised price, and when they just ignored me I walked out. I cannot even begin to describe how disappointed I am with left coast connection. I will never go there or recommend them again.

Amazing weed, Looked awesome and smoked even better. I would get it again in a heartbeat
