The staff has always been friendly and welcoming. I was a big fan of their extracts until the Gorilla Bomb shatter I bought flamed up in my rig resulting in an awful burnt taste and no noticeable high. to add to the disappointment the shatter came in a glass container without parchment paper to keep it from sticking to the bottom.
I expressed my concerns to a bud tender on my next visit and they assured me that the Durban shatter was great.
I took their word for it. The shatter did come wrapped in parchment paper this time but it had the same issue when placed on the nail.
I know understand why the shatter is do much cheaper than the sauce (which is 🔥).
I hope the owners/operators evaluate their extraction processes and ensure no solvents are being left behind.
