2 staff members verified I had a defective cartridge. It was less than 24 hours. When the very nice young lady went to the manager to ask her to approve it she would not. She made me take it outside to the parking lot and "prove" it. I asked for her name that she refused to provide. Their security guard accused me of being loud and rude and was threatening and was attempting to escalate the tension. I will never set foot here again. If the replacement does not work I will eat it. I wish I just tossed the other and never tired to go back. On my initial visit staff were rude as well making comments about how long customers were looking at products and being snide and aloof. If you are the owner I would suggest you review the tape rather than listen to the staff.

Please rename your sale "After Nine". It is plenty dark well before nine and at this time that detail is left for the customer to discover upon arrival. Your staff expected and suggested I stand around 45 mins to get the discount if "I needed it". I drove from north Seattle to buy based on the sale I read here on leafly. It is misleading.
