I ordered online. When I arrived I asked why is was $100 when it was $60 online. He said I ordered a bigger size. I asked it was good and he replied yes, I should of asked but he failed to mention the quality was not even comparable. Their gonna say everything is good. I called when I got home with it still in bag with receipt after I looked at it. I ordered 31% and came home with 17%. I called the store and they refused to exchange. Really?! As a business owner our practice is to make the customer experience better for their next visit. This should of been simple. You have lost my business and I will forward my experience to others.
