Starting to lose its spot as top dog in the tri city area.
Flower selection has dropped but quality is till legit on all tiers. Limited supply for “specials”, no more pre roll offers, bud tenders “forget” to add points to your account on an already downward trending loyalty bonus system- too expensive to redeem for any quality- especially when you’re spending over $700-$800 on their products- now you have to buy a specific tier of flower with points... V Phoenix-esque. Bud tenders are good- but apparent about a clique they are forming and some of the boys are immature and do weird shit behind the counter. Lacking the variety I use to like them for... lacking the professionalism that I enjoyed.. lacking the patient rewards that were enjoyable (I get that some patients probably over gouged this system but for those of us who didn’t kinda feels like a double slap to also mess with the rewards in a way that didn’t make it better for patients—but made it better for your businesses’ pocket book)
Since we’re stuck in a small town- still have to shop here (what I’m sure they bank on). But will consider competitors more closely- and consider Phoenix trips for affordable quality product. (Vapes should be $20 and decent quality (goldsmith- at muv) flower should be $25 an eight for good quality concentrates should be as cheap as $15 for shatter $30 for decent sugars
-edibles need greater selection- it’s really house product heavy- and rarely stocked for a days worth of sales. (Oh we’re out)
Honest feedback meant to help keep this dispensary as my favorite not to tear them down.
