Been going here for years without issue. Recently got 4 pre rolls that tasted horrible and they had no resolution. Points, an exchange, rolling papers...... litterally any resolution would have been accepted and would have shown good character of the company. I provided the rolls and receipt and when nothing was offered to fix it, I told them to throw it in the trash because that's what it was.
