THIS WAS MY FIRST VISIT… Bought a cart on Halloween and immediately notice an issue… brown top showing oxidization and a potential leak. It hits rough and causes coughing. I go back the next day to request an exchange. My dispensary agent takes it back to test… and after 5 minutes… he states that he notices a difficult pull and popping. He tried to do the exchange… but after 15 minutes… he says that since I was signed in “anonymously” he would need a manager to complete it. This was my second visit… Frustrating… but fine… I return today, THIRD VISIT, and ask to speak to the manager. The manager AGAIN… takes my cart to the back to test… He… OF COURSE… comes back and says everything is FINE with the cart… I explain the cart was already tested… and he asks me to describe the agent I spoke with on the first. He says who he thinks that gentleman was isn’t working today…but he’ll have a coworker “test” the cart as well. FYI… test in this situation means take a massive rip off the cart in the back they will then hand back to me with much less oil in it…as at this point it’s been “tested” by at least THREE AGENTS. If this was a half decent dispensary, a note would’ve been made on my newly made profile to show that the FIRST product I purchased from them was deemed defective. Of course that wouldn’t allow them the opportunity to talk down to you like you didn’t know how to use a cart. That was the most prevalent feature of our interactions. To add salt to the wound… they offered to try the cart they refused to exchange…even though I was already promised an exchange… on my battery…so they’d get another few puffs on my dime. I have been in the industry for over five years… I have never seen customer service this bad…not anywhere in the state. My FIRST experience with this dispensary… was filled with defective products, unnecessary testing (on the highest setting which intentionally BURNS THE COIL of the cart to clear clogs) and an extremely grotesque and clear disdain for customers and patients. You might as well get your green off the streets… you’ll get the same customer service I got here!
