Follow up to my visit. Bought a vape pen for my first time, after noticing it didn't work I came back with the full cartridge and receipt. I did not know that the policy was that the wrapping must accompany the cartridge in order for it to be returned. That's cool I can work with that but one of the tenders were horribly rude and insulting. I wasn't talking to her and explained my situation to another person and she just screams "NO RETURNS UNLESS YOU HAVE A RECEIPT!" across the entire store with a proud enthusiasm as if she just thwarted a thief. I had no ill intentions and the entire encounter was unnecessary. Luckily another tender was kind enough to apologize for her actions. I was really disappointed.
