Today I placed an order on line. Upon picking up the order there was a discrepancy in that the order was not placed correctly. Item missing and items switched. Charges skewed. Found myself arguing in 105 degree temps to correct the order, that eventually processed skewed to the leafly order. The person blamed leafly and said she was having issues with them. This is NOT the first time. The WORST PART It appears some employees are lost. 3rd time is a reason to consider cancelling placing orders. Contemplating this, I received a call from who was at customer service. She claimed that I had issues with an expired MMJ card, something that was already managed. Another employee was given the information at time of pick up. He had previously taken my phone inside with him and took the information when the order was placed. The info was up to date. The order was also already processed. She was reacting to old text messages. When I called back to discuss why she was calling me, she was extremely rude and condescending, would not listen to what I had to say, and had treated me as though I was a problem with a bad attitude, saying she doesn't have to listren to me being rude, when she did all the talking in a rude and condescending way. At 63 years old, with health issues, I don't need this. GOODBYE; What Giving Tree has established with me today is that it is time to shop elsewhere. Trust me, the many I have sent your way will do the same. Good Work!
