Been coming here on and off over the years. When COVID hit in 2020 we stopped coming to this dispensary when one of the female budtenders dropped our bud on the floor and then continued to sell it to us anyways instead of reweighing new bud that had not been on the floor. Unfortunately in a small town with only 3 dispensaries we eventually had to rotate back in hopes they became better. It seemed for a while they were the best of the 3, but today we were once again reminded of the crappy customer service that comes out of this place. We asked for them to recommend a preroll that would actually smoke and not run like some of the cheaper ones tend to do. They recommend a toast infused which was $16 and for that price we thought maybe we had a winner. Unfortunately when we got home we discovered that no matter how much flame or torch we put to it the damn thing would not light. When I called to inform them of the terrible product and asked if they would do anything to make it right after spending that much on something we couldn't smoke the reply was "all sales are final". Like nothing at all? He admitted there was another that also had that problem and all he could do was inform his purchasing manager. Is this how we expect to keep customers? Nah, we'll drive to Firehouse in Chouteau for our weekly ounces. They're open 24/7 and have never given us a bad product or bad customer service.
