Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had in a dispensary. I bought a vape for $50 and specifically asked if I could return it if it was faulty. (Since that happens sometimes, and most places do honor an exchange) When it didn’t work, I came back the next day, and while the owner, Whip, did allow the exchange, he then refused to honor a sale price on flower that was being offered at the time. His reasoning? Because he “ate the cost” of the defective vape. In other words, he made me pay extra for flower just to cover *his* loss on a product that never worked in the first place. So, instead of making things right, he essentially charged me more for a faulty vape.
