Sure went downhill all of a sudden. The customers used to matter. crap service...fair prices...they are no longer honoring the leafly review cards they used to give out. For the 3rd time my change was wrong...this time I kept it. No longer even close to a favorite. :(

I had a great bud tender who took time to figure out discounts and deals. I didn't catch her name but she was great. After I was done in turned around and saw a long line...yin & yang...thanks for the great service, sorry to those I made wait 😉 A definite stop when in Eugene.

customer service and integrity are #1!!! After some slight confusion best buds went above and beyond, took great care of me! customer service = customer loyalty! Wonderful folks!!! Definitely coming back!
