Numerous times the THC % listed on the website is not what was advertised. Order something at 28%, get to the store and told % is 21%. They are notorious for false advertising of THC percentage in their flower products. Have never been "in and out" of this store, always a wait, even when you sign in online for pickup, you wait 15-30 minutes. Always a feeble excuse as to why the wait, store is an overall mess. No longer use Trulieve as a result of not being a valued customer.
