I have been here several times prior, in fact, brought my wife as well as my father in law on subsequent visits. They explained that a 25% discount would be available to me for each person referred by me, and my father in law would be a good customer using pain relief creams which are pricey Called in on 02/10/22 to see if the pain cream was available, it was and I inquired if my 25% discounts showed so that would help my father in law who is 88 without a lot of money. They looked and said it was. I drove 25 miles, got the last 3 of them and they rang up the total. I asked what about my 25% discount, budtender said he could not find it and got the manager. She said that she'd give me 15%, but that was it!! I explained that ethics and integrity were of most importance to me and left without the product. Obviously I will not be back, I will not give any company devoid of ethics, responsibility and integrity one more red cent of my money when there are so many other choices out there. 50 miles and 2 hours spent when an assurance was given me over the phone. NEVER AGAIN!!! OH, NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY FOR DRAGGING ME OUT THERE!!
