They always have a reason NOT to help. I have a broken gio pen the carts were waisted bc it was during the beginning of the pandemic. Couldn’t help me money completely waisted. Today I waited all day my delivery was from 10-4pm. At 3 I called the store. The delivery message was not guaranteed nor does it come from muv. Apparently muv’s website if from a 3rd party that gets my info but doesn’t communicate with the store. (Thanks for sharing my info) I wish dispensaries would understand that for the majority of the cannabis card holders actually consider cannabis actual medicine. No way a pharmacy would say oh sorry can’t help. Find a solution to help your patients ... just don’t say sorry and your shit out of luck. It’s about patient care! Muv do better!!!
