Easily the worst retail establishment I've ever dealt with. Disorganized. Chaotic. Indifferent help. Always low on product. Waiting room is awful. There is no reason to deal with anyone who cares so little about customer service when there are much better dispensaries in the area.

I just returned from my first visit to Liberty Health Services Cape Coral, and am super-pleased. Easy account set-up on their website. I placed an order online and got near-immediate confirmation that my order was ready. Once there, I found the store very well organized (and a pleasant environment), with a representative who understands the importance of genuinely pleasant customer service. The very generous first-time customer discount brought me in, but I'll definitely be back -- this is my new dispensary.
