Fresh Karma Dispensaries - Kansas City

I have been going to Fresh Karma in Parkville MO LOYALLY for almost a year now. Every time I go someone is there to listen to my likes/dislikes and help me find a new favorite! I also LOVE the fact the staff is friendly! Today was my first experience where this wasn’t the case.
Gena (Ja-Nay) at the front window was just plain out rude. I walked in, ID in hand ready to hand it over. I said “hey how is it going” she rudely responded “do you have a pick up?!” I said “no” she again very rudely and short said “just drop it in there” -meaning my ID. Two seconds to respond in a HUMAN way would have made the difference. Just saying HELLO would have made the difference. If I have to drive an extra 45 minutes for friendly service I certainly will 🙃 do better Gena (Ja-Nay) you were quite literally the face and first impression of the company today. (yikes)
